I have now been smokefree since January, and I haven’t had an urge to have a cigarette.

It’s reassuring to talk to someone and get that ‘pat on the back’ that we all need sometimes.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and it does get easier, so it is well worth it in the end!

Since stopping smoking, my life has changed so much.
